I wish to send you a short note just to say "Thank You" for all that you have done for me and for my business. Before you walked in the door, I was presented with a situation that was negatively affecting my business. I had purchased two state of the art computers from a private firm which promised me excellent service. My problems began immediately, as even the installation of the computers was mishandled. From there on it was all downhill. Freeze-ups that resulted in a good amount of down-time were common occurrences, as was the problem of file retreiving and back-up situations that were not being able to be completed accurately. Then you called and asked if we needed any IT assistance.
